We are pleased to provide a new service to the citizens of
Blountsville.

The R U OK System.

This system is designed to call the elderly, handicapped, shut
ins and anyone that needs their welfare checked.

The way it works:
Each day at a time you select the system will call the person to
be checked on.
The system will then prompt them to press 1 if they are ok, or
3 if they need assistance. If they need assistance the system
will call 911, a primary contact and a key holder.

If the person does not answer the system will print a welfare
check request for the Police to check on the person.

If you or a family member living within the Police Jurisdiction
of the Town of Blountsville needs this service. You may come
by the Blountsville Police Department or the Town Hall. We
will assist you in signing up for this free service.

We can Also service Latch Key Kids.
